### FAQ

• How do I delete my account?*

Open the app → tap the You tab → tap the gear icon (top right) → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, dates, photos, saved places, and follower relationships. The action cannot be undone.

• How do I report a bug?*

Email us at [email protected] with a screenshot if possible. We read every message.

• Why does the app ask for camera and photo access?*

Camera is used to scan restaurant receipts for automatic cost logging. Photo Library is used to attach photos to your date entries. Both are optional — the app works without them, you'll just enter costs manually.

• Why does the app ask for location?*

Location is used to find nearby venues when you tap "Find Location" on a date entry. Your location is never logged, stored, or shared.

• Where is my data stored?*

Your profile and shared posts live on Firebase (Google Cloud). Date entries and photos are stored on your device and synced to your Firebase profile. Receipt images sent for AI parsing are processed by OpenAI and not retained.

• Is Plotted free?*

Yes. No subscription, no in-app purchases, no ads.
